MEET MANU
Manu grew up in France, in the coastal town of La Rochelle, and was raised by a passionate family of restauranteurs. Not long after the introduction of a Japanese chef in the Letellier’s kitchen, little Manu stumbled across the fascinating and colourful world of Sushi – he was completely hooked – his journey had begun.

Fast forward 15 years, and you’ll find Manu settled with his wife and baby in Bristol; teaching thousands of people, year in year out, about the art of Sushi making. Since the foundation of ‘Your Sushi’ in 2006, Manu and his team have held hundreds of Sushi workshops across the U.K, sharing their Sushi Love with thousands. Manu boasts a wide range of Sushi classes, parties, and corporate events; and now with his DVD release, and TV appearances inevitably on the cards, Manu is well on track towards the Sushification of Britain.
